The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of West Bay, Doha, making it a time-saving choice for business travelers. The rooms sometimes emitted cooking smells, possibly due to ducting, which could be a minor nuisance. The lack of extra beds and exclusive benefits for Priority Club members was a downside.
The hotel offers top-quality rooms with a thoughtful platter of complimentary dates, baklava, and nuts, a big bed, a sofa, and excellent amenities. The service is accommodating, and the location near City Center Mall is very good for exploring Doha. The dining experience was good with a large buffet and live stations. However, the rooms could be warmer, and the breakfast options were not the best.
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were big and well-stocked with everything a traveler might need, and despite being very functional, they provided a restful stop after our 10-hour journey. The service was friendly and exemplar, especially Mr Wael at the Reception, although the private car charges were a bit steep. The location, right in the center of the West Bay area in Doha, was perfect for my needs. The dining options were delicious, including a wide variety, but the end timing could be a bit more flexible.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. Despite not receiving any special treatment for my priority club membership, the room was well-equipped with a big bed, a sofa, and various amenities like a bath tub, TV with cable, and complimentary snacks. The service was a bit of a letdown as I encountered some issues with the staff's responsiveness. The location was convenient, close to the business hub, but the dining options were limited. The facilities were adequate but could benefit from modernization.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very big, which was nice, and they were very cozy, comfortable, and clean. The service, especially from Mr Ali Fouani, the guest relations manager, was exemplary, very friendly, and polite. The location provided a wonderful atmosphere to relax in, although it was so cold at times. The dining experience was great, offering a wide variety of options, though it was a bit disappointing to see limited choices at times.
The hotel exceeded my expectations with top-quality rooms featuring a wonderful shower and a thoughtful platter of complimentary treats, all complemented by nice city views. The staff were lovely and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, even adjusting the air conditioning for me. The location is excellent, right in the center of West Bay, making it convenient for business travelers. The dining experience was diverse but had some room for improvement. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
