priyanka from reception helped us a ton to get happy with our room. we even checked in way early at 6 am!
i find it tricky when managers have these weird rules. i'm a ihg guest for years and know hotels work. the minibar was blocked and they want a crazy high deposit for access to it!

the service was awesome at the reception, so fast and attentive. valet parking exists and it's completely free. all workers are friendly and helpful. you'll be well taken care of.

we booked a three-bedroom apartment it was spacious. it was cosy and very well equipped with all the essentials for for a comfortable stay. the location was another big plus, it's close to attractions, it made getting around easy. the staff were friendly and cute throughout our stay.
the bathroom and toilet had no locks at all, it made the stay uncomfortable.

the suite had two bathrooms. it had three toilets. the spacious kitchen was available for use, though we did not use it. all rooms had good air conditioning and comfortable furnishings.
